Stratos Pizzeria is a franchise company operating in the restaurant industry, with activities conducted through multiple locations and via its online ordering platform. To date, 26 restaurants proudly bear the Stratos name and generate over 700 jobs. Thanks to dedicated franchisees, people in the Québec City, Central Québec, and Mauricie regions can enjoy a variety of authentic, high-quality pizzas and poutines.
Stratos Pizzeria may collect personal information in various forms but will do so only through lawful means and solely for the necessary purposes disclosed to you, as described in this Policy, or when permitted or required by law. Only the information necessary for our business activities to serve our customers is collected.
The personal information collected, as well as its sensitivity, may vary depending on the context of the interactions between you and Stratos Pizzeria. Therefore, we prioritize informing you about the nature of the personal information we use. We protect all types of personal information collected and used.

The personal information obtained is limited to what you have disclosed to them and is necessary for our business activities to serve you.

In particular, your payment data may be processed on the secure payment platforms of Ishopfood, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats, or UEAT to ensure their confidentiality. Please refer to their privacy and security policies for more details on the measures in place.
However, absolute security of your personal information is impossible due to the inherent security limitations of Internet transmission and electronic storage. Information transmitted to us is ultimately at the user’s risk. 8. Retention of Your Personal Information

Afterward, personal information will be securely and confidentially destroyed or anonymized. Physical documents containing personal information unused for more than five (5) years by Stratos Pizzeria will be destroyed by shredding. Similarly, personal information stored electronically that has been unused or inactive for more than five (5) years will be destroyed following recommended industry procedures. Personal information we hold may be retained longer if required by applicable laws or regulations.
The primary locations where personal information is stored are the cities where Stratos Pizzeria has offices or facilities and the cities where Maître D has servers containing data collected by Stratos Pizzeria.
